The American Dream wasn't just imagined. People made it happen. We reimagine the American Dream and help make it happen for a stronger, more democratic society by giving the art community a platform in politics.
Strengthening our political imagination is necessary to overcome the political cynicism that prevents us from coming together to solve our most demanding problems. The art community plays a pivotal role in defining the American Dream, but largely has had no platform in politics.
We are building the political platform for the art community.

Leighton Rockafellow Jr.
candidate for Tucson Ward 6
Tucson is a shining example of how public art can shape a city’s persona. If elected, I would work to promote our murals and public art as a tourist attraction. I will work to bolster the relationship between the city and existing non-profit organizations such as the Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona. City funded projects should always include elements of public art, preferably from local artists.2025
Julia Salazar
candidate for New York State Senate District 18
Artists have always been there to chronicle political movements and moments of great upheaval. Their work is no less important in the digital age. It’s my honor to be supported by the Public Arts Commission and all artists who believe in aiding the fight for social justice with the power of art.2018
